Return & Refund Policy
At Lilypajamas, we take pride in offering high-quality animal onesies that bring joy and comfort to our customers. We understand that sometimes, things may not go as expected, and we are committed to making your shopping experience hassle-free.
You have a generous window of 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging, including any tags or labels.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
We will notify you via email to confirm the receipt of the returned item.
After inspection, if your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3 business days.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please reach out to our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process and assist in finding the perfect replacement.
Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. Please contact our customer service email (service@lilypajamas) to submit a return application before returning the product. We will provide you with the address of the returns warehouse. We will not be able to handle the after-sales for you if you return the order directly without application.
Conditions for Returns:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.
Items should be free from any signs of wear, pet hair, or odors.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to cancel for you after 24 hours. And we will charge 5% of the order amount as a cancellation fee.
2. When returning an item, please include a note with your order number and email so we can record the return and process the refund for you.
3. Please send us an email with your tracking number when you return the product.
4. We do not provide shipping labels. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for items with errors and serious quality issues.
5. If the order cannot be delivered normally due to incorrect receipt information (such as wrong address and contact number, city and zip code do not match). We are not responsible and refundable for this.
6. Long-term unclaimed packages lead to order delivery failure, and we are not responsible and refundable.
7. If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.
8. If tax is incurred during the return process, the cost shall be borne by the payer of the shipping fee. If a tax is incurred during the return process, the payer of the tax is the same as the bearer of the shipping fee.
