Return & Exchange
If you are not satisfied with our products and want to cancel the order, return, refund, please refer to the following:
A. Cancel the order: Please contact our email [email protected] immediately to cancel the order within 24 hours, but if the goods have been shipped or packaged, we need to deduct some of your expenses. Cancellation of orders is not accepted beyond 24 hours.
B. Return or refund: Please contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods, providing the reason and photo proof of the refund and refund. (Note: We only accept non-customers who believe that the damage, and new product returns and refunds, if not met, we will not pass the return and refund approval)
